Not blogging for the last 5 months : Part IV - Welcome to The Little Farm, Shari.

15 April 2013: Shari started working at The Little Farm

On 15th April, we welcome a handsome young man as a new member in our farm. He is 23 years old Javanese from Bojonegoro but his appearances looks a like he is only 19 years of age. Unlike Wak Nan who is funny and talkative, Shari is quiet and a bit sentimental person. He loves drawing and very passionate towards the animals. He loves cats, chicken and goats that we rear in the little farm as if those animals are his friends. He is a very hard working young man with a lot of knowledge about farming, especially tobacco and cash crops farming. When Wak Nan take one month leave in June, he will be replacing Wak Nan as a person in charge in the little Farm.

Not blogging for the last 5 months : Part III

8 February 2013 : Visit to Wak Nan Family - Surabaya

In conjunction with my husband birthday, we went for 1-week vacation in Surabaya Indonesia. This trip gives us a chance to relax after working 7 days a week for nearly a year. Besides that, we also plan to visit Wak Nan family, which is in Jember. Jember is a small town located around 100 kilometres of Surabaya. Our intention was simply and solely to have a closer relationship with our worker's family that we assume as our family too.

(Now, Wak Nan is having 1-month holiday with his family, he supposes to return to Malaysia by end of this June)

Welcome Back

Its been a long time since I didn't post any entry in my blog. no doubt that I'm quite busy for the last 4 weeks, sending my son to Sungai Petani Kedah for his practical training, organizing the Maulidur Rasul celebration at my farm and celebrating my husband birthday at Surabaya Indonesia. when I came back from Surabaya, its already Chinese New Year holiday in Malaysia, so I have to entertain my son's and daughter's friends who spend their holiday with us. last night, when I tried to switch on my laptop only then I found out that my laptop have been corrupted. Emmmm (sigh) overuse?, mishandling?, only god knows. By the way, it is a very old laptop, maybe its time for him to die (smile). today I was begging little Rayyan to lend me his laptop. hehehe Thanks Rayyan, tomorrow granny will buy you some nice ice cream.

Me : Yayan, Can I borrow your laptop?                   Yayan:   No, cannot!

Me : alaaa.. can la... plsss tomorrow buy nice ice cream ya? Can?    Yayan :  emmm Ok laaa

Hidden Talent

When he was 9 years old he ever asked me “mummy can I learn to play guitar” of course his father says  “no”. He has to focus on his study. He has grown up and become a very rough man. He plays football, basketball and mix up with street boys.  Last year, after his final exam he asked me to buy an electric guitar. His request  shocked  me and his father. Nobody expects him to become a guitarist. Well... Since he got a very good mark in his examination I gave him RM1,300.00 and this is the result..

He chooses Ibanez to symbolize his root

This Saturday he has band show talent competition in his college
